钟文偲出任世界华文大众传播媒体基金会副主席

(《世界华文媒体》2025年2月11日多伦多消息)人工智能和数据科学的资深专家钟文偲出任世界华文大众传播媒体基金会副主席。

钟文偲现任Super数据分析团队负责人,带领8人团队专注于数据驱动的商业决策。她主导的动态定价优化项目,采用机器学习模型,使公司收益稳步增长。她还推动了客户生命周期价值(LTV)模型的开发,在短期内为市场营销团队创造了可观的回报。

在加入Super之前,钟文偲曾任Loyalty One分析与洞察经理(2021-2022),带领团队大幅改善了营销活动表现,并在Azure Databricks平台上成功部署预测模型,极大提高了营销报告的自动化程度。此外,她在Rakuten Kobo担任高级数据分析师期间(2017-2021),主导开发基于机器学习的客户流失预测模型,有效增强了客户留存率。她还优化了推荐算法,通过A/B测试促进了推荐邮件的收入增长。

钟文偲本科及硕士均毕业于加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学(University of British Columbia),分别获得经济学与统计学学士学位(2008-2012)和经济学硕士学位(2012-2013)。她擅长机器学习、预测建模、贝叶斯测试、客户细分等数据科学领域,并精通SQL、Python、R、PySpark、Tableau、AWS、Azure等技术工具。

作为人工智能和数据科学的资深专家,钟文偲积极推动数据分析在商业决策中的应用,并在行业会议上发表多篇关于人工智能驱动决策优化的研究报告。此次出任世界华文大众传播媒体基金会副主席,她表示:“未来十年,数据分析和人工智能将成为商业创新的核心动力。我希望通过媒体和技术的结合,推动行业发展,并培养更多数据科学和人工智能领域的人才。”

Marrisa Zhong is currently the Head of the Data Analytics Team at Super, leading an 8-member team focused on data-driven business decision-making. She spearheaded a dynamic pricing optimization project that leverages machine learning models, resulting in steady revenue growth for the company. Additionally, she led the development of a customer lifetime value (LTV) model, which generated substantial short-term returns for the marketing team.

Before joining Super, Marrisa served as Manager of Analytics and Insights at Loyalty One (2021–2022), where she significantly improved marketing campaign performance and successfully deployed predictive models on the Azure Databricks platform, greatly enhancing the automation of marketing reporting. Prior to that, she was a Senior Data Analyst at Rakuten Kobo (2017–2021), where she led the development of a machine learning-based customer churn prediction model, effectively boosting customer retention. She also optimized recommendation algorithms and used A/B testing to drive revenue growth from recommendation emails.

Marrisa holds both a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Statistics (2008–2012) and a Master’s degree in Economics (2012–2013) from the University of British Columbia (UBC), Canada. She specializes in machine learning, predictive modeling, Bayesian testing, and customer segmentation, with expertise in SQL, Python, R, PySpark, Tableau, AWS, and Azure.

As a seasoned expert in artificial intelligence and data science, Marrisa actively promotes the application of data analytics in business decision-making and has presented numerous research reports on AI-driven decision optimization at industry conferences. Upon her appointment as Vice Chairman of the World Chinese Mass Media Foundation, she stated:

“In the next decade, data analytics and artificial intelligence will be at the core of business innovation. I hope to leverage this platform to drive industry growth and cultivate more talent in the fields of data science and AI.”

2013年11月,钟文偲在英属哥伦比亚大学获得硕士学位。
