第18届中国—东盟博览会、中国—东盟商务与投资峰会接受媒体报名

关于参加第18届中国—东盟博览会、中国—东盟商务与投资峰会采访活动的通知

2021年是中国—东盟建立对话关系30周年，也是中国—东盟可持续发展合作年。第18届中国—东盟博览会和中国—东盟商务与投资峰会（以下分别简称东博会、峰会，统称“两会”）将于2021年9月10-13日在广西南宁举行。现将记者报名参加采访活动有关事项通知如下：

一、报名时间

从本通知发布之日至2021年9月3日。

二、食宿及交通安排

记者到南宁采访，往返交通食宿费用自理。会议期间，经确认后的记者入住由“两会”组委会推荐的酒店（邕州饭店，地址：广西南宁市民主路18号，邮政编码：530012，电话：0771-2101088，传真：0771-2835268）。

“两会”期间，组委会为记者在广西采访提供公共交通。

三、报名方式

四、其他事项

根据“两会”新冠肺炎疫情防控工作需要，请报名参加本次采访的中外记者配合做好相关防控工作（详见附件2）。各组联系人将于2021年9月5日前联系报名记者，确认参会资格。

Notice for Press Coverage of the 18th

China-ASEAN Expo and the China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit

2021 marks the 30th Anniversary of the Establishment of China-ASEAN Dialogue Relations and the China-ASEAN Year of Sustainable Development Cooperation. The 18th China-ASEAN Expo and China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (hereinafter referred to as “the 18th CAEXPO and CABIS”) is scheduled to be held in Nanning, Guangxi from September 10th to 13th in 2021.

This notice is for the registration of press coverage of the 18th CAEXPO and CABIS activities. Details are as follows:

1.Registration Time

From the release date of this notice to September 3rd, 2021.

2.Accommodation and Transportation Arrangements

The transportation and accommodation expenses for press coverage in Nanning will be borne by the applicants. For the convenience of coverage, the applicants, upon approval, shall stay in the hotel recommended by the 18th CAEXPO and CABIS organizing committee (Yongzhou Hotel, Address: No.18, Minzhu Road, Nanning, Guangxi, China, ZIP Code: 530012, Tel: +86-771-2101088, Fax: +86-771-2835268 ).

During the 18th CAEXPO and CABIS, the organizing committee will provide free transportation between Yongzhou Hotel and related venues.

3.Requirements of Application

A. Fill in the “Press Coverage Application Form of the 18th CAEXPO and CABIS”.

B. An identification photo in color (JPG, 240×320 pixels, within 50K).
